In order to create a set, you need to create a .yml file in the sets folder.
The name of the file will be the name of the set.
You will need to follow the format of the example set in the sets folder.

As you may have noticed, the example set has a lot of modifiers.
These modifiers are what make the set do something.

0.0 - No change
1.0 - 100% increase
0.33 - 33% increase
-1.0 - 100% decrease
-0.75 - 75% decrease
and so on...
